1 What We Collect

When you join the waitlist or use Nudge, we collect:

• Your email address (to contact you about launch and updates)
• Habit data you create and check-in responses
• Conversation history with your AI coach (to provide context across sessions)
• Basic usage data like app opens and feature usage (anonymous, aggregated)

We do not collect your location, contacts, camera, or any data unrelated to habit coaching.

2 How We Use It

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Power your AI coaching experience (your conversation history gives Nudge context)
• Send you product updates and launch notifications (waitlist only)
• Improve the product based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns
• Provide customer support when you reach out

We never use your habit data or AI conversations for advertising, model training by third parties, or any purpose outside of delivering the Nudge service.

3 Who We Share It With

We work with a minimal set of trusted service providers:

• Anthropic — powers the AI coaching engine. Conversations are processed under their API terms and are not used to train their models without consent.
• Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Data is stored encrypted at rest.
• RevenueCat — manages subscription billing. We share only what's necessary for payment processing.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Ever.

4 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in [your server region]. We use:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit
• Encryption at rest for database storage
• Access controls limiting who on our team can view your data

No security system is perfect. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you promptly.

5 Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time
• Unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any email we send
• Opt out of analytics data collection in app settings

6 Cookies

The Nudge website uses minimal cookies — only what's necessary for the site to function (session management). We do not use tracking cookies, ad pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on our landing page.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you via email before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
